The villas are available to rent weekly:

Conditions
- Rates are based on a 7-night stay
- Rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday
- Half-board available at €45 per person in Gran Hotel Son Net
- 1-night stay or a stay less than 7 nights is calculated at a €300 per night rate and can only be confirmed 1 week prior to arrival
- Buffet breakfast available at Gran Hotel Son Net for €21 per person
Deposit
- A non-refundable 25% deposit is required once the confirmation has been received
- 30 days prior to arrival, the remaining amount must be paid
- Reservations made with less than 30 days in advance must be pre-paid 100%
Cancellation Policy
- When cancelling up to 31 days prior to arrival, 25% of the total amount will not be refunded
- When cancelling 30 days before arrival, 75% of the total amount will not be refunded
- When cancelling 14 days before arrival, 100% will be charged, no refund
