The villas are available to rent weekly:

Conditions

  • Rates are based on a 7-night stay
  • Rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday
  • Half-board available at €45 per person in Gran Hotel Son Net
  • 1-night stay or a stay less than 7 nights is calculated at a €300 per night rate and can only be confirmed 1 week prior to arrival
  • Buffet breakfast available at Gran Hotel Son Net for €21 per person

Deposit

  • A non-refundable 25% deposit is required once the confirmation has been received
  • 30 days prior to arrival, the remaining amount must be paid
  • Reservations made with less than 30 days in advance must be pre-paid 100%

Cancellation Policy

  • When cancelling up to 31 days prior to arrival, 25% of the total amount will not be refunded
  • When cancelling 30 days before arrival, 75% of the total amount will not be refunded
  • When cancelling 14 days before arrival, 100% will be charged, no refund
